As a dyslexic myself, I have had the opportunity to witness and experience the benefits of successful dyslexia intervention. It's taken a village to help me realize that being dyslexic is my competitive advantage in life. The hurdles that we, as dyslexics, have to overcome at an early age are felt by all and understood by few. With Open Roads, we intend to grow a community which gives children the support and opportunity to grow as individuals. 

As an educator, social worker, and most importantly, a Mom to dyslexic learners, I have had the honor of witnessing the numerous gifts of dyslexia.  I have witnessed firsthand the brilliance, creativity, hard-work and resilience of dyslexic learners.  So inspiring!   Open Roads was founded out of our commitment to share the opportunity for others to recognize their learning style and embrace these gifts...to have the chance to join a community of support, encouragement and possibilities.
